Accountable for development of long-term strategic performance objectives and executing on operational, customer, shareholder and people management strategies. Manages the operating performance of 3 geographically located centres with over 400+ employees supporting all Retail Products and Small Business Banking products within CIBC.

<strong>Lora Paglia is Vice President, Business Analytics with Scotiabank</strong>. Lora leads the strategic analysis and quantification of growth opportunities for Canadian Banking Credit Cards. Tasked with making recommendations to profitably grow the portfolio by leveraging internal and external insights from their work in product analytics, risk optimization and modelling.

<strong>Katia Acciarresi is a Senior Vice President, Sales with EGS</strong>, a 1.1 Billion dollar company operating in eleven countries and serving the financial industry in first and third party collections and fraud. Katia has been with EGS for 21 years and is a recognized expert in Global Accounts Receivable Management. Katia recently shared her first and third party collections expertise with those who attended the North American InsideARM conference where she was asked to present.
